My favourite and most frequently asked question is always…wait for it   “How often should I change my windows?”

This is usually the lead in question to indicate the first sign that a Retailer needs my assistance.  Windows are often not changed regularly enough.  And although most Retailers value the significance that a compelling window brings increased footfall into the store, the importance placed on window creative and changeovers gets lost in a minefield of other important tasks.

My Clients work with my window creative and installation services in many different ways.

  • We meet, review sales targets, plot major product drops, identify key calendar events throughout the year, devise a window campaign, window installation schedule, allocate dates and budget for each event. This method ensures foot traffic and sales are supported by a strong brand and VM presence and sales are continually driven throughout the year.
  • We review key calendar events. We prioritise, plan and schedule key windows which VM support would be most beneficial.
  • I provide a window installation service, (usually larger high street chains), whereby a chain of stores are serviced by a team of my installers across the country, as and when required. All POS and props are provided by the client.

All windows designs required a Client brief and budget.  I will devise several creative executions devised to maximise the key message of the window campaign.

All campaigns are supported with a Photo Report which is presented following installation.

I maintain the relevant insurance and workplace health and safety standard training required to provide you with the assurance that you are employing a professional to carry out sometimes challenging in-store work.
